This role works collaboratively with internal RCC teams and external partners including subcontractors, project owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and union trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Superintendents are expected to maintain a strong "big picture" understanding of their projects, proactively manage priorities, and independently resolve issues as they arise. This position plays a critical role in jobsite leadership, safety culture, quality control, and overall project execution.
