This position manages budgeting, financial analysis, internal controls, and fiscal compliance while safeguarding the City's assets and long-term financial stability. Responsibilities also include maintaining official City financial records, administering payroll, coordinating municipal elections in compliance with applicable statutes, overseeing information technology and telecommunications systems, and managing City-owned properties and facilities.
