Recruiting Coordinator — Part-TimeWe’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring process from first call to handoff. You’ll run structured phone screens, ask smart follow-up questions, and keep our pipeline moving quickly and professionally. If you’re energized by talking with people, staying organized, and spotting top talent, you’ll do well here.What You’ll Do Conduct structured phone interviews to assess skills, communication, and culture fitAsk strong follow-up questions to evaluate quality, motivation, and reliabilityWrite clear, accurate interview notes and recommendations in our ATS (applicant tracking system)Keep hiring organized by coordinating next steps, timelines, and candidate communicationAssist with reference checks , application processing, and other recruiting admin tasksTrack candidate progress and help maintain clean data for reporting and complianceSuggest process improvements that make hiring faster, smoother, and more consistent What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills (you’re comfortable on the phone)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates at onceProfessional judgment and discretion with confidential informationExperience in recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, customer service, call center, or high-volume phone work is a plusComfortable learning systems and workflows (ATS experience is helpful, not required) Why You’ll Love It Here Growth path inside recruiting and talent acquisitionHigh-impact role—your work directly affects who we hireSupportive, performance-driven team culture Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience) plus commissions and bonuses.Schedule: Full-timeIf you enjoy talking with people, asking smart questions, and identifying top performers, we’d love to meet you.
