Recruiting Coordinator - Full Time We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring process from first call to handoff. You’ll run structured phone screens, ask smart follow-up questions, and keep our pipeline moving quickly and professionally. If you’re energized by talking with people, staying organized, and spotting top talent, you’ll do well here. What You’ll Do Conduct structured phone interviews to assess skills, communication, and culture fit Ask strong follow-up questions to evaluate quality, motivation, and reliability Write clear, accurate interview notes and recommendations in our ATS (applicant tracking system) Keep hiring organized by coordinating next steps, timelines, and candidate communication Assist with reference checks, application processing, and other recruiting admin tasks Track candidate progress and help maintain clean data for reporting and compliance Suggest process improvements that make hiring faster, smoother, and more consistent What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills (you’re comfortable on the phone) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates at once Professional judgment and discretion with confidential information Experience in recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, customer service, call center, or high-volume phone work is a plus Comfortable learning systems and workflows (ATS experience is helpful, not required) Why You’ll Love It Here Growth path inside recruiting and talent acquisition High-impact role—your work directly affects who we hire Supportive, performance-driven team culture Compensation: $37,500 - $46,000 (based on experience) plus commissions and bonuses.
