This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with estimating, proposal development, and consultative sales to deliver cost-effective, long-term solutions for customers.You'll work with prospects to assess mechanical systems, identify needs, and develop repair, modification, or replacement solutions that reduce lifecycle costs while improving facility performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and develop new customer relationshipsManage and grow existing accountsSurvey mechanical and plumbing systems and recommend solutionsDevelop estimates, design-build solutions, and proposalsReview drawings and specifications to define scope of workPresent proposals and respond to RFPsMaintain an active backlog of quotes to meet booking goalsCollaborate with operations to ensure project alignment and executionWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience4+ years HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing experience4+ years customer relationship developmentExperience with estimating, proposals, and retrofit projectsProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
