We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team. Our clinic is staffed by a balanced team of physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) to optimize patient care through both medication management and interventional pain procedures.We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide focused exams and care, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life, while working alongside our Pain Management Physicians. Duties include caring for those suffering from joint pain/injuries and conditions and the incoming PA/NP will be providing comprehensive pain management care. Ideally, the incoming provider has pain management experience, but we are willing to consider recent graduates or those without pain management experience and will provide training in joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP injections if needed. Must be comfortable with medication management. This position requires the provider to divide their time between our Burlington and Arlington offices, working two days per week at each location.About us:We are dedicated to helping our patients take control of their lives again by controlling their pain. Our treatment plans and services provided include regen med, medication management, interventional pain procedures, physical therapy and behavioral health options.  Duties:Patient Evaluation and consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visitConsult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as neededDevelop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needsEducate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab/modalitiesMedication managementTreatments to include joint, trigger point injections, and PRP injections (we will provide training)Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progressCollaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient careCommunicate effectively with both the staff and patientsCreate an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitudeRequirements:Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ProgramPA/NP License in WAPain Management, joint injection, and trigger point injection experience preferred but we will provide trainingWe will consider recent graduatesSchedule:Full time 4- day work weekSalary (range):$120k- $150k per year (DOE) plus bonus compensation for total potential compensation range of $145k-$250k per yearBenefits:Bonus Compensation (production bonus range is $25k -$150k per year)PTO/Vacation – 4 weeks plus 7 paid holidaysProfessional advancement and training in office-based procedures plus CME allowanceHealth and dental insurance401k with 5% matchLicensing renewal Assigned MA for supportNo nights, no weekends, and no callWe are looking to change the world, helping people find their best health and their path to wellness through excellent care.
