Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales AssociateJob Type: Part-timeSchedule: PT hours - 25 hours a week (could go up to 29)Pay: $22-25/hr + commissionWe are seeking a polished, customer-focused Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, drive sales, and support daily boutique operations. This role is ideal for someone with high-end retail experience who enjoys clientelling, merchandising, and working in a fast-paced luxury environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.Drive sales through product knowledge, styling support, and strong closing skills.Build and maintain client relationships and support client outreach.Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.Assist with merchandising, floor moves, replenishment, and visual presentation.Receive, stock, tag, and organize merchandise.Support gift wrapping, phone orders, shipments, and general store operations.Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.3+ years of high-end retail, boutique, or luxury sales experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.Experience with POS systems, clienteling, and basic Microsoft Office tools preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift light merchandise throughout the shift.Ability to access the sales floor, stockroom, and register area as needed.This is a great opportunity for a motivated retail professional who is passionate about luxury service, relationship building, and contributing to a strong in-store team.
