Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) - SageMEDSageMED is a fun, collaborative, and innovative integrative medical center, and we're excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team!This is a 38-hour/week, in-person position working four days a week. This is not a remote or hybrid role.Location Requirement:This is an on-site position in Bellevue, WA. Applicants must currently live in Washington State. Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.What You'll Do:As a medical receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:Checking patients in and out for appointmentsAnswering phones and responding to messages in a timely, professional mannerScheduling and confirming appointmentsCollecting payments and verifying insurance detailsAssisting with intake paperwork and updating patient recordsSupporting providers and other staff as needed to keep the clinic running efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:We provide all necessary training "” medical experience is not required, but it's a plus!
