Rehab Technician - Outpatient ClinicIPT Outpatient Clinic | Bellevue, NE Due to continued growth, Innovate Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic is adding a Rehab Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, healthcare, or sports medicine to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting. What You'll Do: Support physical therapists and assistants with patient care activities Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions Assist patients with exercises and mobility under therapist direction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment Help with patient flow, scheduling support, and general clinic operations Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient interaction What We're Looking For: Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or sr living (pre-PT students encouraged!) CNA certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic Positive, team-first attitude Reliable and detail-oriented High school diploma required; coursework in health sciences preferred Why IPT: Hands-on experience in an outpatient therapy setting Work alongside experienced physical therapists Great stepping stone for PT, PTA, OT, or healthcare careers Supportive, team-oriented environment
