Your Role: As a Team Leader Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting a retail office during the seasonal tax period, exceeding client expectations and managing daily operations efficiently. You will begin with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall, transitioning to a full-time commitment from January through April. Key Qualifications: Experience in supervising or managing a team. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Your Responsibilities: Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the onsite contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring high-quality service execution and the promotion of H&R Block's value. Hold all tax office associates accountable for exceptional client service, escalating issues to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as needed. Act as the point of contact for any escalated client service concerns. Manage client scheduling efficiently, resolving conflicts and reporting issues as necessary. Lead operations from the front desk, engaged with clients to provide outstanding service. Oversee daily activities to ensure proper scheduling and timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards and team goals. Conduct daily huddles to share essential information with office staff. Your Skills: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong organizational abilities with effective time management skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication capabilities. Computer literate, proficient in using MS Office. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, adapting to business needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
