Goodwin Recruiting - - Responsibilities: Set up and run HAAS CNC mills (3-axis and 5-axis) and production lathes to produce precision components; Manufacture and modify custom fixtures to support new product development; Prove out new CNC programs and troubleshoot machining issues during initial runs; Inspect finished parts against engineering drawings to ensure strict compliance; Adjust machining processes in real-time based on material behavior and tolerance requirements
