Your Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be doing: Build trust and long-term relationships with commercial clients. Meet sales targets through prospecting, networking, managing assigned leads, and expanding accounts within your designated territory. Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided. Deliver persuasive presentations that illustrate Orkin's value and secure business deals. Act as the primary contact for your accounts to enhance retention and foster long-lasting partnerships. Utilize your company-provided iPad to draft proposals, organize your daily activities, and manage your sales pipeline. Prioritize safety on every visit, inspection, and recommendation to ensure the well-being of yourself and our customers. Represent Orkin as a trusted advisor by communicating openly, fulfilling commitments, and offering valuable solutions. Listen attentively to understand customer needs and position Orkin as their strategic partner. Provide confidence and clarity to help customers make informed pest management decisions. Leverage Orkin's marketing tools and resources to generate leads and create demand. Translate findings into tailored recommendations that address challenges and minimize risks for our clients. Minimum Requirements: To apply, you must have: A high school diploma or equivalent A willingness to obtain the necessary pesticide license within your first 90 days of employment (the company covers all related costs and provides support) The ability to safely use a ladder and adhere to the manufacturer's specified weight limits The capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The physical ability to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas for job duties The ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators, when necessary for safety.
