Patient Care Technician - Perinatal Admin

Summary: Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff and ensures patient safety and well-being. Responsibilities: * Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. * Answering patient calls and helping patients with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. * Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake. * Monitoring and documenting patients' temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs and reporting changes to nurses or doctors. * Assisting nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds. Job Requirements: Education/Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience * Experience in a hospital setting preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications * BLS required. Work Schedule: 7PM - 7AM Work Type: Part Time
