What You'll DoAs a key leader on the evening shift, you will:Drive production performance to meet output, efficiency, and quality goalsTroubleshoot equipment and operational challenges with strong mechanical aptitudePartner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teamsLead and develop supervisors and team leads to elevate performanceEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and USDA standardsChampion food safety, quality, and workplace safetySupport scheduling, planning, and preventative maintenance programsLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principlesAnalyze KPIs (efficiency, downtime, yield, labor) to drive results What You Bring5+ years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)2-3+ years in a leadership role within productionStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with ERP systems and production planningKnowledge of preventative maintenance programsProven ability to develop SOPs and improve processesStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills Why Join Us?Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations and team successCollaborative, growth-focused environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsA culture that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
