Our mission is to increase the reach of our practice by attracting highly qualified clinicians and matching them with clients who seek personal growth, healing, recovery from trauma and addiction, personal achievement, and beyond. Position Summary:We are seeking a bright, compassionate, and inspiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is resourceful and interested in growing with us! The ideal candidate is warm, skilled, and passionate about supporting clients, specifically couples, through their challenging times in order to help them achieve positivity. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work from our Bay Shore, NY office at least one day per week. Key responsibilities:  Provide counseling to couples in a 2:1 setting.  Conduct intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation, maintaining HIPAA compliance in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health Attend occassional staff meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
