Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the client's premises, adapting to various weather conditions and terrains. Engage regularly with client employees and guests to foster a safe environment. Identify, report, and address safety concerns and suspicious activity. Maintain detailed and accurate report writing. Work collaboratively in a team to achieve site and organizational goals daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties relevant to your assigned site. Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months. Basic computer and technology skills are required. Customer service experience preferred. Background in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military is a plus! Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift. Capability to respond to emergencies with quick and effective judgment. Willingness to undergo the Company's pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
