Marketing Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to help drive growth and expand market presence for LINDAR Corporation, a leading thermoforming manufacturer. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand in key industries, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands B2B industrial marketing and thrives in a fast-moving environment where marketing directly supports sales. This individual will play a critical role in positioning the company's capabilities in custom thermoforming, packaging, and OEM component manufacturing to target markets including medical, consumer products, and industrial sectors. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to build programs, influence strategy, and see direct impact on company growth. Key Responsibilities Revenue-Focused Marketing Develop and execute marketing programs that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. Identify target industries and customer segments where thermoforming solutions provide competitive advantage. Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with company growth objectives. Digital & Demand Generation Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, website optimization, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted email marketing. Develop and manage marketing campaigns designed to drive inbound inquiries and business opportunities. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns. Market Positioning & Brand Development Strengthen the company's brand as a trusted partner in thermoforming design, tooling, and production. Develop compelling messaging around engineering capabilities, manufacturing expertise, and customer success stories. Create marketing assets including capability decks, product sheets, case studies, and technical content. Trade Shows & Industry Engagement Manage marketing strategy for key industry trade shows and conferences. Coordinate booth presence, marketing materials, promotions, and lead capture strategies. Ensure effective follow-up campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities. Strategic Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends in plastics, packaging, and manufacturing technologies. Analyze competitor positioning and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on emerging markets and growth opportunities. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience 36 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical industries. Proven ability to develop marketing programs that generate measurable business results. Experience supporting sales teams and driving demand generation.
