Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Mechanic Location: Battle Mountain, NV 89820 Pay Range: XX26 - XX32XX Duration: 10 Months Job Overview The Maintenance Technician/Mechanic is responsible for ensuring on-time availability and delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. This role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency, reducing non-productive time, and increasing asset reliability within the Maintenance Base (MB) by following established maintenance programs and systems. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment. Follow maintenance programs, CMMS, and standard work procedures. Record labor, parts, materials, and maintenance history in TLM systems. Ensure equipment readiness and reduce maintenance-related downtime. Support continuous improvement and cost-of-service initiatives. Assist with equipment failure analysis and turnaround time improvement. Comply with TLM standards, safety policies, and competency requirements. Requirements Experience in equipment maintenance in industrial, manufacturing, or oilfield environments. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance documentation. Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
