Your Role: In this position, you will be the welcoming face of our office and the first point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Answering phones and greeting clients in a warm, personalized manner. Connecting clients with the most suitable tax professional based on their needs. Scheduling appointments according to client preferences. Ensuring all client needs are met during services, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization in collaboration with team members. Completing additional tasks as assigned to support smooth operations. What You Bring to the Team: Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work various schedules or at multiple locations. Experience in sales or marketing. The pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00/Hr. Please note that local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, performance, and location.
