EARNINGS OPPORTUNITIES - UP TO $24.00 PER HOUR Starting base pay of $18.50 per hour, which includes a $3.00 Network Fee component. Unlock weekly performance-based bonuses of up to $250! SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Our ideal TurboTax Customer Support Agent will possess the following: No prior accounting experience is necessary; we welcome individuals eager to learn and help TurboTax customers. Excellent communication skills are vital as you guide customers through TurboTax products and tax return software with clarity and empathy. Demonstrated ability to understand and connect with our customers' needs, providing high-quality and innovative service is essential. Important Note: Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. A minimum commitment of 25 hours per week is required from Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 12 AM EST. Additional fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee). To be eligible for the $405.00 certification bonus, you must complete and pass training and work a minimum of 8 hours on October 15th. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within the business hours available; however, it's important to have your schedule set in the GigCX Marketplace to earn. Hours worked outside this schedule will not contribute to your earnings.
