Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Case Supervisor) - Basking Ridge, NJ Job Type : Full-time (On-site) Schedule : Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM (with some downtime during shift) Travel : Required to multiple locations during the day; counties covered include Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, and Morris. Reliable transportation is mandatory. Responsibilities : Conduct behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland II-R).Develop individualized treatment goals and behavior intervention plans.Ensure accurate behavioral data collection and continuous progress evaluation.Train and supervise Behavior Therapists and Consultants on implementation of treatment plans.Conduct weekly/biweekly supervision meetings with staff. Qualifications : Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).Active BCBA certification.At least 1-2 years of BCBA experience (new graduates considered if 2000 fieldwork hours completed).Strong knowledge of ABA interventions, program/goal development, and staff training.Proficiency in Skills Acquisition (DTT, NET) and Behavior Reduction Protocols. Working Conditions : Candidate will work across clinic, school, and in-home settings.Caseload includes children ages 2½ to 12 years old.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed.
