Estate Manager

Seeking an experienced House & Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of guest experience, in-house hospitality operations, and day-to-day management of an established luxury private residence located outside of Basalt, Colorado. The role blends five-star hospitality leadership with hands-on residential property management, requiring exceptional organizational skill, discretion, and technical fluency. This position reports to the General Manager and serves as the primary on-site leader for both guest-facing operations and coordination of all property vendors and subcontractors.
