Multiple Locum FNP needs near Bangor, ME WILL WAIT FOR LICENSE - Candidate with license come first. Client will interview in 24-48 hours - Will move quickly! 2 locations: Patten and Millinocket (1 hour from Bangor, ME) Outpatient FQHC - Family MedicineStart Date: 11/18/24End Date: 2/17/25LOA: 3 months with option to extend Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 - will consider 4 10s Patient Volume: 14-16 avg (all ages)Procedures: Bread n butter primary care, cold, cough, flu, wellness checks, chronic care, etc. EMR: Athena Health License: ME preferred, will wait for license. Certifications: Board Certified, ACLS or BLS, DEA Additional Info: 36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours worked into schedule
