Payment Desk / Reception

Job Title The Cross Family of Agencies welcomes you. We need your talent and expertise. Primarily responsible for acceptance of client payments, processing of same on the agency management system and preparing the daily bank deposit and reporting forms. Screening and distributing calls as a member of incoming call group. Back up to receptionist, greeting clients, visitors, vendors and marketing reps and appropriately advising associates as applicable. Prepare daily shipping of USPS Priority, FedEx and UPS. Gather and prepare outgoing daily mail. Process FedEx and UPS payments per terms. Other assignments as needed. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $18.00$20.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
