What Youll Do: As a Cash Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Matching transactions between the bank and the general ledger to ensure accuracy. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in cash accounts and balance sheet accounts. Reconciling suspense (miscellaneous) accounts, refund accounts, and travel accounts with activity in the financial system. Performing administrative tasks, including scanning and attaching financial documents into the financial system. What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus. Previous experience in bank reconciliations, particularly for cash and balance sheet accounts (preferred). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
