Baltimore, MD (In-Office)We are currently partnering with a mission-driven, quasi-public real estate development organization focused on driving economic growth, investment, and community impact across a major U.S. city.This organization oversees a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, civic, and community-oriented assets and is actively expanding its development platform with a stronger focus on execution and deal activity.The RoleThis is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the intersection of real estate development, capital structuring, and asset management.The Director will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in executing complex development projects, structuring multi-layered capital stacks, and overseeing portfolio performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead real estate transactions including RFQs/RFPs, developer selection, and deal negotiationEvaluate development opportunities and execute cradle-to-grave projectsStructure complex capital stacks including public, private, and tax credit financingBuild financial models, pro formas, and investment analysesOversee asset management across a diverse real estate portfolioDevelop operating budgets, capital plans, and performance strategiesManage consultants including architects, engineers, legal, and financial advisorsCoordinate with stakeholders across government, community, and investment partnersSupport development of innovative financing programs and investment strategiesWhat They're Looking For5-12+ years of experience in real estate development, asset management, or development financeStrong experience with deal execution and financial structuringExposure to public-private partnerships and/or tax credit financing (LIHTC, NMTC, etc.) preferredProven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholdersStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsetExperience in urban, mixed-use, or community-oriented development is a plusCompensationBase Salary: $110,000 - $140,000Full benefits package includedWhy This RoleWork on high-visibility, city-shaping development projectsExposure to complex, institutional-quality deals with layered capitalUnique blend of development, finance, and asset management responsibilityOpportunity to play a key role in a growing, impact-driven platformStrong stability and long-term career runway
