Job Description:
LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Baltimore seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting on a temporary basis, starting ASAP through December 2026. This role is fully onsite, five days per week, and will focus on supporting sourcing, screening, and scheduling activities across a variety of corporate and operational roles.The ideal candidate is eager to grow in recruiting, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience in a corporate setting.Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite, 5 days per week) Timeline: ASAP through Dec 2026, with potential for extension Pay Rate: $25-$34 per hour (based on experience) Industry: Financial ServicesKey Responsibilities• Support full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand basic role requirements • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications • Help maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the process • Assist with recruiting reports, tracking, and administrative tasks • Support additional recruiting or HR projects as neededQualifications• 0-2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (internships welcome) • Exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred but not required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD, five days per week • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and learning in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
