Commercial Construction SuperintendentLocation: Baltimore, MDCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 (base salary, commensurate with experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects in the Baltimore metro area. This individual will be responsible for managing all field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities from project start through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and deliveries to maintain scheduleEnforce safety standards and ensure all work complies with OSHA and company policiesRead, interpret, and execute construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesConduct daily site meetings, subcontractor coordination, and progress reportingMonitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications and expectationsCollaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectorsMaintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentationProactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays or cost overrunsQualifications7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projectsStrong background in ground-up and/or major renovation commercial projectsProven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex schedulesStrong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and sequencingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with construction software and project documentation toolsExperience with projects in occupied facilities is a plusWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salary: $100,000 - $120,000Strong pipeline of local commercial projectsStable leadership and long-term growth opportunityBenefits package including health insurance, PTO, and retirement planEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
