Job Title: AssemblerJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. This role plays a key part in producing high‑quality products using schematics, precision tools, and fine motor skills. Candidates will receive hands‑on training with the opportunity to advance into more complex and higher‑level assembly lines.Responsibilities Train on the FCSD line with the goal of advancing to the Level 1 SCI Line . Assemble products using blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions . Utilize small hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments. Start the assembly process and ensure all components meet quality standards before passing to the next station. Complete 4 weeks of basic training , including peer evaluations and performance feedback. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints . Proficiency with hand and power tools (micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, etc.). Strong fine motor skills for detailed assembly work. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical assembly processes. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with soldering, crimping , and precision assembly.
