Through our focuses on Safety throughout our facilities, Quality of products produced for our customers, Communication at all levels, Growth of not just our locations but also of our employees in their careers, and Performance with our ability to meet deadlines and goals for ourselves and our customers, we pride ourselves on the brand we have created and continue to grow.Job SummaryThe Brewing Associate is a key part of City's liquid production team, ensuring the efficient operation of all brewing production equipment to create the highest quality products for our customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManually batch dry and liquid ingredientsOperate pumps, valves and sequences in control systems (ProLeit, WonderWare, Factory Talk)Perform basic laboratory testing and data recordingLoading and unloading of tanker trucks and completion of necessary paperwork in compliance with FDAPerform tank and line cleanings using a CIP systemManage tank and line cleaning schedule with prioritiesGeneral cleaning following a master sanitation schedule with use of chemicals and pressure hosesTroubleshoot systems and procedures as neededFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP rulesSafely perform all work tasks while wearing all required PPEOnce qualified, will be required to train incoming operatorsForklift operation for materialsEnsure safety procedures are followed by adherence to Company policiesPerform additional responsibilities and other tasks as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED certificate required2 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferredExperience in working with computer controlled automated equipmentIntermediate PC skills using Microsoft Office products including ExcelStrong verbal communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and department leadersAbility to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to be flexible to work shift schedules including weekend and holiday shiftsCity Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
