This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an engineer who brings depth across Microsoft Server environments, UCaaS voice platforms, and Aruba network infrastructure "” and who can communicate clearly with a customer's IT director just as easily as they can configure a switch.You will work directly alongside our Technical Lead delivering enterprise solutions to K-12 school districts, colleges, municipalities, and commercial organizations throughout California. Variety, ownership, and direct customer impact are built into the job every day.What We're Looking ForDemonstrated hands-on experience across these three areas:Microsoft Server & M365UCaaS / Voice CommunicationsAruba Network InfrastructureDeep expertise in all three is ideal. Strong depth in two with solid working knowledge of the third will also be considered.What You'll DoDeploy and support UCaaS platforms "” Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Voice, RingCentral "” including migrations from legacy Mitel/ShoreTel environmentsConfigure SIP trunks, SBCs, dial plans, call flows, and E911 compliance across single and multi-site deploymentsManage Microsoft Server environments "” Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, M365, Azure AD, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)Design and deploy Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure "” switches, APs, Aruba Central, VLANs, QoS, and RF planningWork directly with customer IT teams through discovery, deployment, and training "” you're the face of Global CTI on-siteProduce clean technical documentation "” network diagrams, as-builts, configuration recordsSupport pre-sales technical assessments alongside our Sales Engineering team on complex opportunitiesRequired5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT or technology services deliveryPractical experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and M365Hands-on UCaaS deployment experience "” Zoom Phone, Teams Voice, or RingCentralWorking experience with Aruba wired or wireless network infrastructureStrong communication skills "” comfortable leading technical conversations with customers and non-technical stakeholdersValid California driver's license "” regular travel to customer sites requiredPreferredAruba certifications (ACSA, ACWA, or higher)Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MD-102, MS-102, or equivalent)SIP/SBC experience "” hybrid voice, PBX migrations, survivability designExperience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-VK-12, higher education, or government customer experienceConnectWise or PSA platform familiarityCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $80,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and certificationsPerformance bonus tied to project delivery and customer satisfactionCertification bonus program "” we support and reward Aruba, Microsoft, Zoom, and RingCentral certificationsVehicle allowance / mileage reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insurance |Retirement plan | PTOOngoing training and professional developmentAbout Global CTI GroupGlobal CTI Group has delivered technology solutions to California's public sector and enterprise organizations for over 30 years.
