You will develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Process Safety Management and Risk Management Programs to ensure compliance, prevent releases, and support safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced production setting. A clean driving record is required.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the PSM program for ammonia refrigeration systems, including coordination of all PSM elements such as PHAs, operating procedures, mechanical integrity, MOC, incident investigation, and compliance auditsProvide technical safety oversight for anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems, including inspections, preventive maintenance, system design reviews, and emergency planningLead or facilitate Process Hazard Analyses, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action trackingDevelop and deliver PSM and ammonia safety training for employees and contractors while promoting a strong safety cultureServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and internal teams on PSM and ammonia-related mattersSupport cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, engineering, operations, and EHS teams on capital projects, MOC processes, and continuous improvement initiativesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected leader in food production where your PSM expertise and ammonia refrigeration knowledge will play a critical role in protecting employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting safe, reliable operations.
