Ref(LF71) Physical Therapist Home Health (Day Shift, Mon Fri) North-Central Iowa Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team in the north-central Iowa area. This role offers a consistent Monday Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM), giving you the balance of professional fulfillment and personal time. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans to support rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care professionals. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies. Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Iowa. Previous home health or outpatient experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
