Role SummaryTHIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE in Aventura, FLWe are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented HubSpot Systems Administrator / CRM DBA to own the integrity, performance, and scalability of our CRM infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing data architecture, automation, integrations, and reporting reliability across marketing and sales systems. This is a mission-critical role that ensures our funnels operate efficiently, our data is accurate, and our revenue teams can execute at speed.Core ResponsibilitiesCRM Architecture & Data IntegrityOwn HubSpot data model (contacts, companies, deals, custom objects)Maintain clean, deduplicated, and structured dataDesign and enforce naming conventions and lifecycle stagesBuild data governance rules and validation systemsAutomation & Workflow ManagementBuild and maintain workflows across marketing and sales funnelsEnsure proper lead routing, assignment, and lifecycle progressionTroubleshoot broken automations and prevent leakage in funnelsOptimize workflows for speed-to-lead and conversionFunnel Infrastructure & QAAudit funnels end-to-end (ads ? forms ? CRM ? sales activity)Identify and fix breaks in lead flow, attribution, and follow-upEnsure SLA compliance (e.g., rapid call response and follow-up cadence)Monitor real-time funnel performance and flag issues proactivelyReporting & Data ReliabilityBuild and maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadershipEnsure accuracy of key metrics (speed-to-lead, conversion rates, ROAS)Support executive reporting with clean, trustworthy dataPartner with RevOps on forecasting and pipeline visibilityIntegrations & Technical Stack OwnershipManage integrations (GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, Aloware, etc.)Ensure proper data sync between systemsTroubleshoot API issues and attribution gapsEvaluate and implement new tools (e.g., Mixpanel)Qualifications3-6+ years experience as HubSpot Admin / CRM Manager / DBADeep experience with HubSpot workflows, properties, and reportingStrong understanding of sales funnels and lifecycle stagesExperience with API integrations and data syncing toolsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailBonus: SQL, data warehousing, or tools like Mixpanel/Segment
