Opportunity This is an elite opening for a CRNA seeking an exceptional balance between high-level clinical practice and personal time. The position offers a highly desirable four-day workweek with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . With no call, no nights, and no weekends , this role is designed for providers who value predictability and a high quality of life. You will work within a modern, technologically advanced setting focusing on a specialized case mix of Orthopedics, Spine, and Pain management , providing a rewarding professional experience in one of the most vibrant cities in the country. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a focused caseload, including complex Orthopedic, Spine, and Interventional Pain procedures . Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans. Monitor patients intraoperative, utilizing brand-new monitoring and delivery equipment to ensure maximum safety. Manage emergence and oversee post-operative recovery to ensure safe patient discharge. Collaborate closely with a team of expert surgeons and clinical staff in a high-tech surgical environment. Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation. Qualifications Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure). National certification by the NBCRNA. Proficiency or strong interest in orthopedic and spine anesthesia . Experience or comfort with regional anesthesia techniques is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art surgical center. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
