Established in 2007, Cheetah Clean Auto Wash has grown into one of the fastest-growing car wash brands in todays market. Requirements: Key Duties and Responsibilities In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: Manage and maintain job postings across multiple hiring platforms. Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions across company locations. Build strong and productive relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Conduct phone screens and assist in coordinating interviews throughout the hiring process. Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Track candidate progress and keep applicants informed of their application status. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Assist with recruiting initiatives, including participation in job fairs and hiring events (both in-person and virtual). Provide onboarding support to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles. Maintain accurate recruiting records and assist with reporting and recruitment metrics. Requirements 23 years of recruiting, HR, or business-related experience preferred. Knowledge of recruiting best practices and basic employment laws. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and leadership teams. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
