Mine Laborer PCS/Nutrien Location: Aurora, NC Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Shifts Available (Days/Nights/Rotating) Job Description Roebuck Staffing is hiring dependable Mine Laborers to support operations at the PCS/Nutrien mine in Aurora, NC. This position involves physical labor in an industrial mining environment and assisting skilled trades, operators, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties, including shoveling, sweeping, lifting, and material handling Assist equipment operators and maintenance personnel Clean and maintain work areas and walkways Load and unload tools, supplies, and materials Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions Work around heavy equipment and moving machinery Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and wet conditions Must be dependable and punctual Ability to follow safety instructions and site rules Reliable transportation required Must pass drug screen and background check Preferred (Not Required) Previous mining, construction, or industrial labor experience MSHA certification or willingness to obtain Experience working with tools or heavy machinery
