Job Description: Class A CDL Local Company Reefer Driver Home Daily We are hiring Class A CDL Local Drivers based out of Aurora, CO for a dedicated refrigerated account hauling grocery freight. This position offers excellent home time, new equipment, and steady year-round miles. Position Details Pay Rate: $0.70 $0.80 CPM Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 $1,700 Route Type: Local / Regional Grocery Delivery Trailer Type: 53 Reefer Freight Handling: No-touch (mix of live load/unload, drop & hook, and multi-stop) Hiring Area: Aurora, CO (and within 50 miles) Home Time: Daily Running Area: Colorado, Cheyenne WY, Eastern Utah Experience Required: 3+ months Class A experience Endorsements Required: None Job Summary Drivers will haul refrigerated freight from the Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora, CO, delivering to King Soopers grocery stores throughout Colorado, Cheyenne, and Eastern Utah. This is a 24/7 operation, and load assignments are based on customer needs. Freight is primarily no-touch with a mix of drop and hook and live unloads. Multi-stop routes are common. All trucks are late-model equipment and come equipped with automatic chaining systems for safety and convenience in winter conditions.
