With approximately $120M in annual revenue and a team of 70 including self-perform capabilities they deliver projects up to $35M across mixed-use, healthcare, retail, convenience, and commercial sectors. Job Description Lead commercial construction projects from ground-up to closeout, typically $10M-$35M+. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful delivery. Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, procurement, field coordination, and quality control. Collaborate closely with APMs, superintendents, and field teams to maintain job progress and resolve onsite challenges. Review and manage contracts, cost reports, RFIs, change orders, and documentation. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Ensure safety standards and company procedures are upheld across project sites. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance within the project team. The Successful Applicant 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Proven ability to run projects $10M+ (ground-up experience required). Strong understanding of construction means/methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in sectors such as mixed-use, healthcare, retail, or fuel/convenience is a plus.
