A woman-owned construction company in Augusta, Maine, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial, institutional, industrial, and historic renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role owns schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships while partnering closely with assistant PMs, superintendents, and leadership to deliver high-quality work the right way, the first time. Theyre looking for a confident, experienced construction leader who takes pride in accountability, thrives without micromanagement, and wants to build long-term in Maine. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with strong commercial construction experience, a can-do mindset, and the judgment to lead people, projects, and clients with confidence and integrity.
