What You'll Do: As a Production Worker, you will: Perform prep, lasting, inspection, and finishing tasks to support production flow. Prepare materials necessary for manufacturing processes. Operate programmable machinery used in shoe production. Execute manual tasks including shoe lasting operations with precision. Insert leather uppers into clamping devices attached to machinery. Read and interpret production tags accurately to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain consistent quality and accuracy throughout your work, supporting team efficiency. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to stand, walk, and reach within 12-18 inches for a full shift (non-sewing roles). Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. A positive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Willingness to undergo a background check, drug screening, and sign confidentiality agreements prior to permanent hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in quality control or inspection.
