Position: Program Manager Industry: Automotive Location: Auburn, IN Duration: Full-time/permanent role Responsabilities: • Manage all aspects of program management from prototypes to production start-up. • Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications. • Resolve quality concerns and keep documentation up to date. • Maintain communication between departments and divisions. • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing technical support. • Follow up on customer correspondence and present cost-saving proposals. • Track program progress with detailed documentation. Qualifications: • Degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience/design. • 10 years in engineering or tooling with an automotive background. • Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with quality systems.
