Our team works hard to provide fast, reliable service to homeowners and businesses when they need it most.We are looking for a dependable Shop & Field Support Technician to help keep our equipment, vehicles, and shop running smoothly while also assisting our field teams when needed.Primary ResponsibilitiesThis role is a mix of shop maintenance, equipment management, and job-site support.Shop & Equipment DutiesClean and maintain restoration equipmentStock and organize equipment and suppliesLoad and unload heavy equipmentManage inventory and notify the office when supplies are lowTake trash and job-site debris to the dumpsterMaintain a clean and organized shopRun laundry to ensure clean rags and towels are availableVehicle & LogisticsStock company trucks with necessary suppliesRefuel company vehiclesRun errands between the shop, job sites, and supply storesField Support (as needed)Deliver tools or materials to technicians on job sitesAssist crews with basic tasks when neededTake job-site photos for documentationTrack moisture readings for insurance documentationPerform other miscellaneous tasks to support the teamRequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)Comfortable working both in a shop and occasionally on job sitesBasic smartphone skills (photos, apps, documentation)
