Product Training Manager

Overall responsibilities: Supervise the curriculum management and implementation/deployment of courseware within our Learning Management System (LMS) for Product training within the U.S. CDJRFA dealer network (28,000 retail automotive students) Collaborate with the Creative design team on the development of course materials, including Meeting Leaders Guides, Participant Reference Guides, web scripts, supporting resources and PowerPoint/audio/video/media support for product-based courses Assist in the review of Product training materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and include trainers, as needed, to ensure course relevance and accuracy Manage and plan for product curriculum updates, evolution and modifications throughout the year to ensure curricula relevance and correlation to learner requirements Create, manage, measure and maintain the Sales and Product Training certification requirements for Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, and other support roles within the Alfa Romeo, Ch...Training, Manager, Sales Manager, Operations, Development, Customer Experience, Technology
