Their primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, test, repair, modify and maintain all equipment and tools related to production or facilities. Keep reading for more details!WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:2nd shift 2:00 pm - 12:00 am Competitive hourly wageTemporary position up to 12 monthsWHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, including automated and robotic systemsPerform electrical work (480V & 110V), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical system repairsDiagnose and modify PLCs and control systems to support equipment performanceConduct preventative maintenance on assembly and production equipment to minimize downtimeAnalyze equipment issues and implement solutions in a high-volume manufacturing environmentCollaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of equipment and processesSupport installation, upgrades, and recommendations for new equipment to maintain production efficiencyRead and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and maintenance manualsEnsure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and manufacturing documentation requirementsOccasionally lead projects and guide team members to complete assigned tasksWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with automated equipment and systems (3+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsExperience with PLC programming and troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced production environmentsHigh attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standardsEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferredAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job duties as needed At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
