In this key position, you will oversee a comprehensive range of financial operations, including accounting, asset-liability management, budgeting, financial planning, investments, and regulatory financial reporting. With a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management—preferably in a financial institution—you will be instrumental in maintaining our financial strength and identifying avenues for operational efficiency. As the CFO, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing financial strategies that support overall organizational goals Overseeing budgeting processes and ensuring accurate financial forecasting Managing asset-liability portfolios and enhancing financial performance Ensuring compliance with regulatory financial reporting standards Collaborating effectively with executive leadership and the Board to provide insights that drive decision-making We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in financial strategy and regulatory reporting, along with a CPA designation.
