About the RoleThe Restaurant Busperson will clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures.Position ResponsibilitiesMust maintain an adequate supply of fresh linens, china, silver, glassware, and other food service accessories; delivering food and beverage in an efficient manner; providing truly great service for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering friendly service with a smile.Adhere to established company and Departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all timesPromote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, Departments, and guestsMaintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all timesCompletes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time Cleans area under and around tables and hutchesKnows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all timesMaintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Essential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environmentMust be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedlyMust be able to push/pull full bus carts, dish/glass dollies weighing up to 75 poundsRequirementsAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent GED is preferredBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentFree Meal while on shiftFree ParkingPay Rate: $13.00/hour
