About the RoleThe VIP Lounge Server reports to the Shift Manager Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while serving food & beverage orders to player lounge guests. Position ResponsibilitiesCreate a fun experience for guests daily Adding to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desiresPerforming role in an efficient and effective manner Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experienceEssential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp Must be able to walk and stand for entire shiftMust be able lift/push/pull up to 25 lbsAbility to work holidays, weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hoursAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishRequirementsWhat's RequiredExperience as a food & beverage server in a high-volume restaurant or Resort Strong guest service skills; including ability to converse with guestsPositive, personable, and outwardly friendly Ability to perform role in a in a busy, high volume work environment Scheduling flexibility; to include nights and weekends Serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to service standardsMust completely bus tables & keep respective station & side station clean & stocked alwaysBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentFree Meal while on shiftFree Parking'Pay Rate :$16.00/HR
