Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Answer phone at control desk and process information from all other areas of the hotel and casino; Process express check-outs and ensure guests receive copies of billing; Oversee and participate in completing front desk over/credit reports daily and rectify discrepancies; Assist manager in housekeeping/front desk discrepancy reports and ensure vacant rooms are available for resale; Assist in check-in and check-out of guests when necessary
