Route Delivery Driver (Tractor-Trailer)Route Delivery Drivers safely operate tractor-trailers to deliver food products to restaurants and grocery stores. You will join a dedicated Logistics Team responsible for making on-time deliveries, protecting product quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidates are courteous, patient, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining a positive, professional attitude while representing our company in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate tractor-trailer equipment in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries to restaurants and grocery stores.Verify orders and inspect freight for damage or discrepancies prior to delivery.Unload freight at customer locations as required, ensuring product integrity and correct placement.Communicate courteously with customers; obtain signatures and document delivery confirmations.Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs to the Logistics Team.RequirementsMust be willing to be away from home two nights per week (home every weekend).Willing to touch freight.Valid CDL and required endorsements as applicable.Clean driving record, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently.CompensationStarting Pay: $0.50 per mile PLUS unloading pay (commission)Weekly Earnings: Average $1,000 – $1,800 per weekWhy Join Us?We offer a supportive team environment, predictable weekend home time, and competitive pay with commission opportunities for unloading.
